The Tweed Run Brunch

If you can’t wait until 11am to show off your threads, you can fuel your ride with our Tweed Run Brunch, devised to power even the most energetic of cyclists through until lunch, and the ideal opportunity to get to know your fellow participants. Prepare for the starting pistol with the pop of a cork and enjoy a welcome drink accompanied by a selection of piping hot, freshly baked scones with an array of homemade compotes. Get your cogs whirring and heart pumping with a hearty combination of potato hash, poached eggs and a choice of braised beef, smoked salmon or curried cauliflower. There will be a feeder ride leaving from the Tweed Run Brunch to the starting point. The perfect way to start your Tweed Run day.

Lunch Hamper

Recharge your batteries and dine in style with our special picnic lunch hampers. Filled to the brim with a hearty selection of delicious homemade comestibles, the ingredients are as British as your Harris Tweed and are freshly made on the day. Each picnic serves two hungry bicyclists, with an option for carnivores and vegetarians alike. Hampers must be ordered in advance, and will be ready to collect at the Picnic Break.
